- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines to reduce computational costs by 30%.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Implementation: Deploy robust, fault-tolerant AI solutions to production environments using cloud-native architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker). Strong knowledge of PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex transitions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
