We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of our next-generation generative AI ecosystem. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Lead the development and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities through 2026, identifying emerging trends like Agentic AI and Multimodal systems.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to fine-tune models for specific domain applications.
- Implement rigorous testing and evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy, safety, and fairness.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, DVC).
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience designing secure and compliant AI systems (GDPR, AI Act compliance).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
