Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI integration across the 2026 product roadmap.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for machine learning workloads.
- Lead a team of top-tier engineers in developing state-of-the-art algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers to translate business goals into technical requirements.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Conduct architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster technical growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with generative AI models and large language models (LLMs) is highly preferred.
