Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision for our AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability and generative capabilities.
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design robust machine learning pipelines and architectures capable of handling enterprise-scale data processing.
- Optimize Inference Engines: Improve model latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance in production environments.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
- Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Transformer architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.
