Responsibilities
- Define and lead the technical vision for the 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable neural network architectures and deep learning models.
- Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI products, from research to production deployment.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architecture assessments to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and big data technologies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a strong plus.
