- Lead Technical Vision: Define the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Spatial Computing) to integrate into our core product suite.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure maximum performance and cost-efficiency.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and practical, production-grade software engineering.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and ethical guidelines to govern the deployment of autonomous AI systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead AI role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
