Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exabyte-scale data flows.
- Neural Optimization: Lead research initiatives to optimize deep learning models for edge computing and quantum-ready environments.
- Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary algorithms, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends by 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies, moving concepts from theory to production-ready code.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Rust. Experience with quantum computing frameworks is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing technical projects from conception to delivery.
