Responsibilities

- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance and model deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
