Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI and machine learning systems capable of scaling to 2026 standards.
- System Integration: Integrate complex AI models into existing cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
- R&D Strategy: Identify emerging trends in AI and Quantum computing to future-proof our product roadmap.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural workshops.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize algorithms for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
