Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable Generative AI models and fine-tuning pipelines.
- Design robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures to enhance model accuracy.
- Lead the research and development of autonomous agent frameworks for complex decision-making processes.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce token costs for large-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements anticipated in 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience building, training, and deploying production-grade LLMs.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
