Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance artificial intelligence and machine learning systems.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation algorithms with a focus on explainable AI (XAI) and ethical AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the engineering department.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our solutions remain state-of-the-art.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior/architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
