Responsibilities
- Design Future-Ready Architectures: Architect scalable, resilient AI systems specifically tailored for 2026 data structures and predictive modeling.
- Pioneering R&D: Lead research initiatives into Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and their application in synthetic data generation.
- Multimodal Integration: Develop and integrate multimodal AI models that seamlessly blend text, voice, and visual data streams.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for bias mitigation and algorithmic transparency in future tech deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to translate complex neural concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and throughput for edge computing environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to identify emerging trends and prototype solutions before they become mainstream (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: A proven track record of solving high-complexity engineering challenges with elegant, scalable solutions.
