Job Description
We are on the precipice of a new era. At FutureScale Systems, we aren't just predicting the future; we are building the infrastructure for the year 2026. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our Neural Interface Research Division. In this role, you will bridge the gap between biological cognition and digital processing, designing the next generation of human-computer interaction (HCI) protocols.
As we look toward 2026, our mission is to deploy the world's first scalable, low-latency synaptic bridge. You will work with a world-class team of neuroscientists, quantum physicists, and frontend engineers to create an AI ecosystem that anticipates user intent before it is fully formed.
Why join the 2026 initiative?
- Shape the roadmap for next-generation human-machine integration.
- Work with cutting-edge tech stack: Python, Rust, and Quantum-Ready TensorFlow.
- Competitive compensation and equity in a unicorn startup.
- Remote-first culture with quarterly retreats in futuristic innovation hubs.
If you are ready to architect the digital nervous system of tomorrow, apply today.
Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize deep learning models for real-time neural signal processing and decoding.
- Lead the technical design of our proprietary BCI (Brain-Computer Interface) SDK for the 2026 release cycle.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to translate biological data patterns into actionable software logic.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and ethical compliance in AI decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and define coding standards for the AI research division.
- Present technical roadmaps and progress reports to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust with experience deploying models to edge devices.
- Strong understanding of signal processing, time-series analysis, and natural language processing.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a major plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Passion for the future of AI and the ethical implications of neuro-technology.
