Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and backend developers.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge frameworks and best practices in Machine Learning Ops (MLOps).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, high-stakes projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
