Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 platform.
- Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning models, from research to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to define technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure architectural integrity and best practices.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models to production.
