Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define the architectural vision and technical milestones for the company's flagship AI products, ensuring scalability and innovation.
- Design Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust deep learning pipelines capable of processing real-time data at scale, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Model Engineering: Spearhead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Cloud & MLOps: Oversee the deployment of models on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and establish CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and deployment.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI bias, transparency, and data privacy to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure, with a strong grasp of Kubernetes and containerization.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders and product teams.
