Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define and oversee the technical vision for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Design complex AI systems and machine learning pipelines that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and computer vision to drive continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor system health and optimize algorithms for speed and accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through the software development lifecycle.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
