The Role:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning research and scalable production systems. You will optimize large-scale neural networks, ensure data integrity, and mentor a team of brilliant engineers.
Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of machine learning platforms, from research to deployment.
- Optimize inference latency and model accuracy across distributed cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to integrate AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
- Conduct technical deep dives to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, including LLMs and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven experience deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, MLflow, SageMaker).
