Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and infrastructure pipelines for the 2026 initiative.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, including Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps and feasibility studies.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model accuracy, latency, and resource consumption.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
