Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable AI systems for the 2026 Initiative, focusing on predictive modeling and generative algorithms.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our core product roadmap.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and efficiency, ensuring high performance in production environments.
- Define best practices for data governance, model deployment, and CI/CD pipelines within the AI department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large language models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
