Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical vision and roadmap for AI integration, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize machine learning models for efficiency, reducing latency and computational costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and security teams to translate research into production-ready features.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with distributed systems and microservices is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think strategically about technical problems and drive complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving critical architectural challenges and implementing innovative solutions.
