Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure microservices architecture for the 2026 AI platform, focusing on high availability and low latency.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into production environments using Python and PyTorch.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize data pipelines and model inference times to support real-time decision-making across enterprise clients.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, with deep experience in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Cloud: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing distributed systems that handle massive scale.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
