Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Define the high-level system architecture for the 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Strategic Vision: Translate complex business goals into technical roadmaps, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Technology Stack: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge tools, cloud services (AWS/GCP), and frameworks to optimize development velocity.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical voice for the 2026 Initiative, presenting complex concepts to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architecture (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of designing, deploying, and optimizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
