Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) with a focus on temporal reasoning and predictive analytics.
- Integrate quantum computing primitives into classical AI pipelines for enhanced processing power.
- Lead a cross-functional team of 8+ data scientists and ML engineers in a high-velocity environment.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure upgrades leading up to 2026.
- Ensure model interpretability, safety, and ethical alignment with global standards.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into viable product features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning engineering and deep learning.
- Proven experience in designing systems at scale (petabyte-scale data processing).
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
