Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust deep learning architectures capable of handling billions of data points with sub-millisecond latency.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Reinforcement Learning to meet 2026 industry standards.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with software engineers, product managers, and quantum computing specialists to integrate AI into broader system architectures.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model performance and resource utilization in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Model Engineering: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning; experience fine-tuning LLMs is highly preferred.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability system design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
