Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network architectures for the 2026 Horizon platform.
- Lead the implementation of Deep Learning models using Python and PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Optimize existing algorithms for high-performance inference on edge devices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in AI engineering.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in all AI model training and deployment.
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in AGI research to integrate into our systems.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures is a plus.
