Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-scale deployment. You will oversee the design of our core neural network infrastructure, ensuring it is robust, efficient, and ready to handle the demands of next-generation applications.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure that supports enterprise-grade growth and high-frequency data processing.
- Model Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge research papers into practical, deployable codebases and system architectures.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to and beyond 2026.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience designing distributed systems.
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of transformer architectures, fine-tuning strategies, and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
