The Role
As a Senior AI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure, ensuring robustness, scalability, and ethical AI practices.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models and AI pipelines for production environments.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in research and development of novel AI algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Define technical vision and strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Mentor junior staff and establish best practices for code quality and model governance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts.
