Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable AI models and neural networks for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define technical strategies to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing) into existing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Oversee system performance, optimization, and infrastructure scaling for high-volume data processing.
- Present technical concepts to stakeholders and non-technical audiences with clarity and precision.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing technical teams and large-scale projects.
- Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions in fast-paced environments.
