Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for data privacy, ethics, and AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural evaluations to ensure system integrity.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and AI architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and robustness.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
