Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure aligned with the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Lead research and development of next-generation neural network architectures, including Transformer models and generative AI.
- Optimize deep learning models for high-performance edge computing environments.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of data across all AI deployments.
- Conduct architectural code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of leading technical strategy and mentoring engineering teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
