Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure and deep learning models for future-proof applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms to achieve state-of-the-art performance metrics.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products seamlessly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing to drive strategic initiatives.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance across all development lifecycles.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, and software architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models with high accuracy and scalability.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
