- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of proprietary models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the long-term AI roadmap and technical strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think critically about the future of technology and adapt to rapidly evolving paradigms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, open-ended technical challenges.
