Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI infrastructure and neural network frameworks specifically for 2026 deployment scenarios.
- Lead the technical strategy for our research and development initiatives, aligning them with long-term business goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and data privacy standards are met across all projects.
- Conduct deep-dive code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure code quality and scalability.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed systems programming.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, large language models, and reinforcement learning.
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and their application to future AI models is highly desirable.
