Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable AI infrastructure aligned with the 2026 technology roadmap.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to implement cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business objectives into technical solutions.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leadership.
