Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Edge Computing) for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex AI concepts into deployable, high-performance software products.
- Establish best practices for model governance, ethical AI, and data privacy compliance.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs through advanced hardware-software co-design.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects in advanced machine learning methodologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in designing complex Machine Learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and generative models.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and edge deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
