Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, aligning with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the architecture and development of high-performance machine learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization of existing systems to meet future demands.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge devices to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
