Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the deployment of models across cloud environments (AWS, GCP), ensuring high availability and security.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and data privacy.
- Tech Stack Definition: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Edge AI) to stay ahead of the curve.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
