Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI deployment, specifically targeting scalability and readiness for 2026 infrastructure standards.
- Lead the architecture of large-scale machine learning models and distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business objectives into technical AI solutions and innovative algorithms.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP) into core product suites.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
