In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production deployment, ensuring our systems are not only powerful but ethical, scalable, and resilient in a decentralized world.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable neural networks optimized for neuromorphic computing hardware.
- Lead the research and integration of Generative Agents capable of complex, multi-modal reasoning.
- Design optimization strategies for reducing inference latency in edge environments.
- Establish safety and alignment frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate 2026 roadmap goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience building and deploying large-scale AI models (LLMs, Transformers).
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or neuromorphic architectures is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for ethical AI development.
