Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Tech Stack: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures tailored for the future of AI and machine learning.
- Lead Model Integration: Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents into production environments.
- Technical Strategy: Define and evangelize technical standards, best practices, and roadmap strategies for the 2026 product vision.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, ensuring 99.99% uptime and minimizing latency in real-time AI processing.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI architectures.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and design elegant solutions for emerging technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
