Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI agent systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Optimize large language model (LLM) inference and fine-tuning pipelines for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement robust testing and validation frameworks to ensure the safety and reliability of autonomous agents.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging trends in AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Quantum computing.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI development within the organization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, and RAG architectures.
- Experience designing and deploying microservices and serverless architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Proven track record of leading technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is preferred.
