- Innovation & R&D: Stay ahead of emerging 2026 tech trends, evaluating new frameworks, and integrating innovative methodologies.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business goals into robust technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specializing in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
