Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for production environments.
- Lead research and development initiatives for next-gen machine learning models and algorithms.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to meet 2026 performance standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define and execute the 2026 product roadmap.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with real-time data processing and distributed systems.
