Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the technical strategy for next-gen AI systems, ensuring they are future-proof and scalable for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architectures, focusing on efficiency, latency reduction, and cost-effectiveness.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between AI research and engineering, deploying complex models into production environments with robust monitoring and fallback systems.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for AI bias, safety, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating abstract research into practical, high-impact products.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
