Responsibilities
- Lead AI Architecture Design: Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent workflows.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI paradigms, focusing on efficiency, reasoning capabilities, and 2026-era benchmarks.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of proprietary models using MLOps best practices.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for product managers and executive leadership.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent extensive industry experience).
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 4 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI systems.
- LLM Knowledge: Proven experience designing and deploying LLM applications, including RAG pipelines and fine-tuning strategies.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize performance under load.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and presentations.
