Responsibilities
- Architect Intelligent Systems: Design and implement scalable, high-performance architectures for Generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Optimize LLM Performance: Continuously improve model inference speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency using techniques such as quantization, distillation, and prompt engineering.
- Build RAG Pipelines: Develop robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems to ensure our models have access to real-time, domain-specific knowledge.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with complex enterprise databases and legacy systems seamlessly.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- AI Safety & Ethics: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are responsible and aligned with human values.
Qualifications
- Education: M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Programming: Expert proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- LLM Experience: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (GPT-4, Claude, Llama), fine-tuning methodologies, and Transformer architectures.
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems and APIs capable of handling high concurrency.
- Tools: Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
