Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust machine learning architectures for production environments.
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI models, from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy to ensure high performance.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD, and model governance.
- Conduct research on emerging AI trends to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI products to market.
