Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
- Lead the architecture of Generative AI models, including fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency at scale.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD for machine learning models.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in LLMs and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and deep learning principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is preferred.
