Responsibilities
- Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI models (LLMs).
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from prototyping to production deployment.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model training, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of distributed computing systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
